When recited repeatedly on President's Day, it has the potential to materialize a cruiser bike from the cold, lifeless regions of Innerspace. Then Martin Short kicks you in the crotch... repeatedly... with extreme prejudice.

Note: This bike was encrusted in filth and splattered housepaint when I got it. I literally scrubbed it down in my driveway with a nylon brush. I get good vibrations when I think about how nice this thing turned out. And yes I paid 5 bucks for it.
